SoLoScreenSnap Terms Addendum

1. Our Relationship with SoLoVision

SoLoScreenSnap is a desktop software utility provided by SoLoVision LLC. By installing, downloading, or using SoLoScreenSnap, you agree to this Addendum and the master SoLoVision Terms of Service.

2. Software Functionality and License

SoLoScreenSnap provides customizable desktop window snapping, drag overlay positioning, and layout management. The application is made available under open-source and free-use licensing as specified in the repository documentation. SoLoScreenSnap runs entirely on your device, does not require an account, and does not depend on a connected cloud service. Optional downloads, updates, and documentation links are provided subject to platform availability and fair use.

3. Acceptable Use Rules

Users agree not to:

• Use the software or any SoLoVision website or download endpoint in any manner that disrupts or overburdens SoLoVision platform services.
• Attempt to bypass security boundaries or access controls of any SoLoVision service, website, or download endpoint.
• Distribute malicious modifications, unauthorized binaries, or spoofed packages under the SoLoScreenSnap or SoLoVision brand names.

4. Operating System Compatibility & System Permissions

SoLoScreenSnap requires standard desktop accessibility or window management permissions (such as macOS Accessibility APIs or Windows UI Automation) solely to detect window drag positions and move windows into selected grid zones. The application does not log keystrokes, capture background screen contents, or inspect document data.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

SoLoScreenSnap is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for seamless window arrangement across all display configurations, SoLoVision LLC makes no guarantees regarding compatibility with specific third-party applications, display drivers, or unreleased operating system versions.
