Listen to web pages, selected text, PDFs, EPUBs, readable URLs, and pasted notes through a Chrome extension and a saved web reader workspace.

Refresh the web reader and confirm you are signed in with the expected SoLoVision account.
For PDF or EPUB imports, try a smaller file first to separate extraction limits from provider playback.
If the issue persists, include the source type, provider selected, browser version, and whether the Chrome extension or web reader is affected.

Check the selected voice provider and confirm any required provider key is configured in the appropriate settings surface.
Try Browser Built-in playback to separate local playback problems from hosted provider generation.
Include the item title, provider, voice, and any visible error message when contacting support.
