3D Printing

SoLoPrint

Monitor, slice, and manage your 3D printer fleet from anywhere with real-time camera feeds, filament tracking, and cloud-based print preparation.

Printer not connecting

  • Verify that SoLoPrint Connect (the local bridge) is running on the same network as your printer.
  • Check the bridge status indicator in the dashboard — a red dot means the bridge cannot reach the cloud relay.
  • Restart the bridge application and ensure your firewall allows outbound connections on port 443.

Camera feed not loading

  • Confirm the webcam is connected to the machine running SoLoPrint Connect and is detected by the OS.
  • Open Bridge Settings → Camera and verify the correct device is selected from the dropdown.
  • If using a USB camera, try a different port — some hubs do not supply sufficient power for video streaming.
