SoLoSupport Privacy Addendum

1. Product Scope
SoLoSupport provides attended support sessions, authorized unattended host-agent access, technician console workflows, customer portal workflows, device enrollment, session history, support downloads, and operational audit records for managed service providers and their customers.
2. Information We Collect
SoLoSupport may process account email, display name, Logto user identifiers, tenant and customer organization metadata, technician and customer profile records, device identifiers, enrollment tokens, support request content, session IDs, session status, connection diagnostics, audit events, recording metadata, artifact transfer metadata, and first-party web analytics events.
3. Remote Session Data
Remote session workflows may create records about session timing, participants, device status, ICE/WebRTC connection state, policy decisions, transfer actions, and recording availability. Screen, file, clipboard, or recording data is governed by tenant policy, visible user prompts, and applicable customer agreements.
4. Providers and Integrations
SoLoSupport uses providers such as Logto for identity, Appwrite for application data, Coolify for hosting, Chatwoot for support, Sentry for error monitoring, UptimeRobot for uptime checks, Netdata for infrastructure metrics, and TURN/WebRTC infrastructure for remote session connectivity.
5. Retention and Deletion
Users and customer organizations can request deletion of SoLoSupport account, support, analytics, device, and tenant records through SoLoVision support. Some security, audit, recording, backup, billing, legal, or abuse-prevention records may be retained as described in the master policy or in applicable customer agreements.
