SoLoSpeak Privacy Addendum

1. Product Scope
SoLoSpeak includes a Chrome extension and web reader workspace for converting selected text, pages, uploaded documents, readable URLs, and pasted notes into spoken audio.
2. Information We Collect
SoLoSpeak may process account email, display name, reader workspace metadata, import metadata, selected voice settings, queue activity, support messages, and product usage events needed to operate accounts, support, analytics, and reliability workflows.
3. Reading Content and Provider Processing
Reading text may be sent to the selected text-to-speech provider when hosted voice generation is used. Browser Built-in playback runs in the browser. Provider keys and secrets must never be shared with SoLoVision support unless specifically handled through an approved secure credential workflow.
4. Providers and Support Tooling
SoLoSpeak uses providers such as Logto, Appwrite, Chatwoot, Sentry, UptimeRobot, hosting infrastructure, and optional text-to-speech providers to operate authentication, analytics, support, monitoring, and voice generation workflows.
5. Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of SoLoSpeak account, support, analytics, and reader workspace records through SoLoVision support. Some security, backup, abuse-prevention, provider, billing, or legal records may be retained as described in the master policy.
