Personal remote access: add your computer

Create your personal account

Sign up at SoLoSupport, then choose Personal remote access. You do not need to enter a company name, reserve a business address, or add a customer. Open My computers to sign in again later.

Already using SoLoSupport for your business? Keep using your existing workspace. Business / MSP remains available during new account setup. Converting an existing account between personal and business is not currently offered.

Add a computer

Download the Windows, macOS, or Linux Host Agent from My computers on a computer you own or have permission to access. Install it within 30 minutes and approve enrollment. If the computer already has a Host Agent, check the account name in the add-access prompt and approve adding your personal account; its existing access is preserved. On macOS, open the newly downloaded app to see that prompt. Then return to My computers and choose Connect when the computer is online. The existing operating-system permissions and platform requirements apply.

Keep your installer private: it contains a temporary enrollment token that links a computer to your account. The installer download requires your signed-in account. Personal accounts do not offer a public customer portal or guest enrollment. Initial personal setup is offered on the web for desktop Host Agents.

Use Computer details to manage a computer, Activity to view events, and Help for support. End open sessions disconnects open sessions for that computer and can interrupt a live connection.
