Your workspace content

SoLoRecall can process account information, pages, database rows, files,
recordings, transcripts, prompts, and generated results to provide the features
you choose. Sign-in and workspace authorization control access to protected
content.

Recording is user initiated. Obtain permission before recording other people,
meetings, or private material.

AI and connected services

When you use AI, transcription, storage, billing, or integration features,
relevant data may be processed by the connected provider under its own terms
and account settings. Avoid sending content that is unnecessary for the task.

Access, export, and deletion

Use SoLoRecall's export controls to create portable copies of supported pages
and databases. For an account access, correction, export, or deletion request,
contact support without including passwords, provider keys, or full
payment-card information.
