Share carefully

Use only the sharing or access controls currently displayed for the page,
database, file, or recording you want to share. Review the selected account,
workspace, recipient, and permission before confirming. Do not assume that a
link is private unless the interface explicitly says so.

Remove secrets, private contact details, and content you do not have permission
to distribute before sharing or exporting.

Export a page or database

Open the page menu and choose Export:

• Pages support Markdown, HTML, and PDF.
• Databases support Markdown, HTML, PDF, and CSV.

CSV exports database rows and properties. It is not offered for ordinary
pages. If an export fails, keep the page open, retry once, and use the
actionable error shown by SoLoRecall.

Android file share troubleshooting

If Android returns “Parent block not found or access denied” while creating a database row, the issue previously affected some existing databases in SoLoRecall 1.0.24. The server-side repair is now deployed, and a share from that app was verified with the saved row and file read back. You do not need to reinstall the app for this repair.

If the same error continues, confirm the database is still available to your account, then contact SoLoRecall support. Include the app version, Android version, and whether you were saving to a page or database. Do not send your password or private file contents.
