Use individual accounts and grant only the organization permissions people need. Do not share passwords, printer LAN codes, Bridge keys or integration credentials in public files or support messages.

Keep printers and Bridge computers on a trusted local network. Use supported Bridge and printer connection flows instead of exposing device control ports directly to the internet. Keep SoLoPrint Desktop and Android current using official downloads and update paths.

At a shared station, choose Lock or End Session and wait for sign-out to succeed. Lock the operating system to protect other applications.
