Health Connect is optional

SoLoFit is a running, strength, recovery, and coaching app. Run recording, training plans, strength logging, and the rest of the app work without Health Connect.

What SoLoFit reads and why

When you grant access, SoLoFit reads only values it uses:

  • Steps, distance, exercise sessions, active calories, and total calories provide daily activity and training-load context.
  • Sleep, heart rate, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, and VO2 max support Sleep, Readiness, and recovery context.
  • Height, weight, and body fat provide optional body-metric context to your private Coach snapshot.

Health history is used to build personal recovery baselines. Optional background access keeps the private daily snapshot current after you opt in.

SoLoFit does not request nutrition, hydration, mindfulness, reproductive or sexual-health records, blood pressure, blood glucose, basal metabolic rate, body water, bone mass, lean body mass, elevation, floors, power, speed, or wheelchair pushes.

What SoLoFit writes

After permission, a completed SoLoFit run can be written to Health Connect as an exercise session with its distance and privacy-processed route.

Privacy and control

Health data is not used for advertising or sold. You choose which Health Connect types to grant and can revoke access in Android settings. Read the full policy at https://solofit.app/privacy.

To export or delete SoLoFit account data, open Settings > Privacy & Data Center. For help, use the in-app support experience without sharing passwords or other sensitive information.
