Encrypted sync is optional

Local editing does not require an account. When encrypted sync is enabled for a document, SoLoDraw uploads encrypted revisions and workspace envelopes. Server roles control access to the encrypted records.

Keep the recovery key somewhere safe. SoLoDraw cannot recover it for you. Before resolving a sync conflict or moving to another device, export a local workspace backup first.
